Auditions for The Nutcracker

The Arts Center of Kershaw County is proud to present South Carolina Ballet’s The Nutcracker. Does your child dream of performing on stage with a professional ballet company? This is their chance!

Join us for auditions on Sunday, October 20th at the Arts Center of Kershaw County, located at 810 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC 29020.

Don’t miss this opportunity for your child to be part of a magical production!

RESERVE A SPOT

Audition Schedule:

  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Male & Female Dancers, ages 4-6
  • 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Male & Female Dancers, ages 7-10
  • 3:30 PM: Male & Female Dancers, ages 11 & up (Bring pointe shoes if en pointe for over 2 years)

Audition Fee:

  • Online: $20 (ends Oct 18th at 10:00am) (Discounted rate)
  • On the Day: $25
    • Please note, if you are paying on the day, we only accept cash or checks (checks should be made out to South Carolina Ballet).

Dress Code:

  • Ladies: Black leotard, pink tights, hair in a slick bun, lip and cheek color with light eye shadow
  • Gentlemen: White leotard or plain white tee shirt, black tights and black shoes, or black tights with white socks and white shoes
