About the Exhibition
Reflections of an Artist is a powerful meditation on what it means to discover art, to evolve as an artist, and then to pass on that art form to a new generation. Featuring pieces from across Bonnie Goldbergs career, this exhibition invites patrons to explore an artist’s work as she discovers and then shapes her voice. It is a powerful exhibition.
Goldberg has always been inexplicably drawn to figure drawing, but never to creating a direct likeness. Instead she looks to capture what can’t be expressed with words, and in search of that deeper expression, her work has become more abstract over time. This evolution is well charted throughout the collection.
This is a unique exhibition from an artist of incredible skill and passion. We are so excited to share it with you!
